Born with a host of birth defects that led to malformed limbs and no eyes, Patrick Henry Hughes has overcome enormous obstacles in life. Despite his physical limitations, the wheelchair-bound University of Louisville graduate is now a virtuoso pianist, vocalist and trumpet player.
