Jonathan Daugherty describes his 13-year addiction to porn which started at 12 years old. Jonathan accepted Christ at age 6, was raised in a godly Christian family, and was active in church/campus ministry, but all the while was hiding his secret addiction, essentially living a double-life. Over time, he documents how his secret led to shallow relationships, emotional numbness, and insatiable lust. Once married, Jonathan thought his problems would disappear, but his addiction grew stronger with the advent of internet porn and chat rooms. Eventually, Jonathan crossed into having multiple affairs, until the day his wife walked out and they were separated for many months. During this separation, Jonathan sought counseling and accountability with a support group. Today, he and his reconciled wife have started a ministry helping other sex addicts, called Be Broken Ministries.
