After 3 years of what seemed like an idyllic marriage with her college sweetheart, Juana Mikels grew discouraged & disillusioned, thinking she had married the wrong person. She abandoned her marriage, searching for happiness and answers. She started attending church, eventually gave her life to Christ, and then began a long & difficult journey of trusting God while trying to reconcile with her husband. After 2 years, they reconciled and a few years later husband Terry became a Christian. Juana &Terry recently celebrated 35 years of marriage!
