I grew up knowing God and going to church but what I remember most about my childhood Easter’s was focused around the Easter bunny and what I was going to get from him on Easter morning. As I raise my own kids and think about our family values and traditions, I wanted the focus of Easter to be on Jesus! I bought this set to use with my two year old, not knowing what to expect and he LOVED opening all the eggs and having me read the stories that went along with each item. I look forward to having these as a yearly tradition with my kids. I think it will be a fun and engaging tool for teaching them about the true reason we celebrate Easter. As someone who is working on my faith journey and treading new waters with trying to create family traditions that were different from my own, I found this kit easy to just get something started in the right direction.
