Dr. Joneal Kirby has a passion for mentoring Christian women in the Church. Because of today’s busy and transient culture, Dr. Kirby has observed that many young women are not experiencing the in-depth relationships and spiritual discipleship from women that she experienced as a young wife and mother. Thus, she created a small group mentorship/Bible study ministry, based on Titus 2, where 3-4 older women mentor 6-8 younger women over the course of a year. Dr. Kirby shares several stories about how this kind of mentoring has transformed women’s lives and their faith.
