Lynsi Synder is the owner and heiress of the In-N-Out Burger company, the only grandchild of the original founders of the company. She was raised in a loving, Christian family that was broken by her beloved father’s alcohol addiction and infidelity. Lynsi strongly identified with her dad and was devastated by her parents’ divorce at age 12 and later by her father’s death during her teen years. Lynsi then began a journey of seeking love to fill the void of her father. Her first three marriages all ended in divorce and were part of what Lynsi describes as a downward spiral of wandering farther away from God, her family and her own identity. Eventually reaching the lowest pit of her life, Lynsi had a remarkable encounter with God, discovering His love, acceptance and identity in a profound way. Today, Lynsi and her husband, Sean Ellingson, have a ministry to train and equip Christians to use their spiritual gifts to serve and heal broken-hearted people.
