Emily Colson explains how her view of God has changed through years of struggling to raise an autistic son as a single parent. She describes painful situations she’s encountered in public, where people have been rude or hostile to Max because he is not acting normally. She says “God doesn't want Max to be 'normal', He wants him to be more like Jesus.”
