A Captive Missionary's Journey to Freedom I-II
Details
Pastor Andrew and Norine Brunson served as missionaries in Turkey, where they felt called to start new churches. Accused of being a spy and a terrorist, Pastor Brunson was held in a Turkish prison for 18 months. At times he was held in a crowded cell where he was the only Christian. Other times he was very isolated. There seemed to be no way out. In his desperate situation, he found value in suffering and drew closer to God. Norine would encourage him with Scripture through a window each week. In this interview, Pastor Andrew and Norine Brunson will reflect on trusting God in suffering, forgiving those who persecute us, and the power of prayer.
