Shipping Information

September 2025 Canada Post strike update: 

During the Canada Post strike, we will be temporarily shipping all orders by courier. Free shipping will still be applied unless you use a PO box or live in a remote area. If that is the case, please call us as additional charges may apply. 

Please note: children's magazine subscriptions will not be shipped during the duration of the postal strike (including Clubhouse Jr., Clubhouse, and Brio magazines).

Shipping within Canada:

Shipping is free for orders over $75 that will be mailed to Canadian addresses via expedited parcel post. However, this offer does not apply to magazine subscriptions and donations and therefore they cannot contribute to the free shipping total.

Shipping charges are based on size, weight, and destination. Exact shipping cost will be shown during the checkout process.

If the carrier attempts to make a delivery and no one is home, they may look for a safe place to leave your package, such as a porch, garage or security desk. Otherwise, they'll leave a delivery notice indicating where and when you can pick up your package – typically at your local postal outlet.

Shipping is included in the purchase price for addresses within Canada. (Please note: subscriptions are only available to ship within Canada.)

Back-ordered items

Shipping is charged at the time of purchase. When we receive the item in stock, it will ship to you at no additional cost.

Shipping outside Canada (U.S and/or international address):

Unfortunately, we no longer ship to United States and/or international mailing addresses. If you want to purchase Focus on the Family items to ship to the United States, visit the Focus on the Family U.S. bookstore.
