Breaking Bad Habits in Your Life I-II

Debra Fileta wants to help people experience change in healthy ways. She warns about the typical pattern of changing a few externals in our lives but not working on our “internal wiring”. Debra believes change starts with a pause – in order to get on the same page as what the Lord wants to do. She encourages people to “own their own junk” rather than make comparisons with other people, and also explains why asking others for help is a good thing!
