They also address the two main ways that people process information: globally (seeing the big picture), and analytically (thriving on the detail). The discussion continues with advice given on how you can motivate a strong-willed child based on their learning style, and how to help an underachiever find a system that works for them in a classroom setting. Cynthia stresses the importance of recognizing that every child is different and the need for parent’s to accept their child when their learning style differs from their own.
